Absolutely ‒ as long as you have an internet connection (and if you're reading this, it probably means you do), we can help you. We love variety!
Do I have to pay before the job can be started?
Unless you choose one of our design packages, Catnip generally doesn't require you to pay anything upfront; in most cases you will be invoiced when the job is approved. However, particularly large or complex jobs may require a 50% deposit prior to starting the job. If this is the case, you will be advised at the time of quotation.

Can you give me a copy of the fonts used in my artwork?
Unfortunately, no. All fonts are copyrighted and cannot be freely distributed. We can, however, give you the names of the fonts in your artwork so you can purchase them online or advise other agencies on correct fonts to use for your branding.
How do I find a printer?
Catnip uses only the best quality, most affordable affiliates to hand your work over to, so you don't have to worry about anything. However, we also offer the flexibility of choosing your own trusted printer if you prefer. Regardless of what you choose, Catnip will provide any support required until the job is output to your satisfaction.
What does “catnip” mean, anyway?
Catnip (or nepeta cataria) is an aromatic herb, sometimes placed in cat toys, which acts as a drug for felines ‒ one sniff and they’ll be bouncing off the walls.
